CANADIAN FISH BAKE
Ingredients:
2 lbs. white fish (cod, walleye, hillock etc.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion sliced
1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tomato sliced
3 celery pieces
Lemon pepper salt
Directions:
Lay fillets in glass oven dish
Sprinkle lemon pepper salt
Cover with sliced onion
Spread can of mushroom soup in dish
Spread grated cheese all over
Add tomato and celery pieces
Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 45 minutes until fish is done.
Fish will separate into flakes when done.
