Cosma sanding machines are a unique sanding system designed to automate and reduce the labor associated with the sanding of raised panel wood doors, wood profiles and other intricate shapes.  This Cosma S Series sanding machine is available with one or two heads for increased capacity.

The Cosma 1300/S30 sanding machine has 2 brush heads that counter rotate.  The brush heads are angled 30 degrees to the conveyor belt for optimum sanding on all profile types.

The Cosma 1300/30 sanding machine was designed for sanding cabinet doors, entry doors and flat panels.  It can be installed on a production line or utilized independently.  The brush heads oscillate and counter rotate and are angled 30 degrees to the conveyor.  Both the brush heads and conveyor belt are variable speed for additional flexibility for sanding various parts.

The Cosma Profile sanding machine is ideal for sanding and denibbing molding, flooring and architectural components.  The sanding heads are adjustable in height, width and angles.  It has sanding capability up to 325 feet per minute.
