Abrasive Flap Disc

Uneeda is proud to introduce Abrasive Flap Discs to our metal product line. The Abrasive Flap Disc is a versatile product that, in many applications, allows for a one step process instead of two. In applications that have traditionally required a bonded wheel to cut a weld and then a coated fibre sanding disc to blend it can now be performed in one step utilizing the Uneeda Abrasive Flap Disc. This versatile product will remove stock and blend the weld at the same time, increasing productivity with fewer changeovers and longer product life. The Abrasive Flap Disc has a high stock removal, while producing an excellent finish. These versatile sanding discs come in several different sizes, grits, and edge angles.
