Similar to narrow belts, Wide Belts used for metal grinding and polishing must be manufactured to the strictest quality specification to ensure the highest level of performance and durability under harsh conditions.  Uneeda is able to offer a wide variety of paper and cloth materials which can be used in both wet and dry conditions.  Our state of the art manufacturing process ensures that the joints will hold up in even the most severe operations yielding cost effective results.  Uneeda can manufacture wide belts up to 65” wide with a single joint and segmented (multiple) joint belts up to 102” wide.  Uneeda offers heavy duty Zirconia, Aluminum Oxide and Silicon Carbide products to suit any operation whether polishing Steel, Titanium or other exotic alloys.
