A well established, abrasives manufacturer located in Spring Valley, New York is looking to hire an extremely organized, highly motivated, team player for a full-time customer servicerepresentative position. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment, while providing excellent customer service. Candidate must possess strong time management skills and have the ability to prioritize tasks and job responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. We offer medical, dental, vision and a 401K plan after a full 90 day evaluation period.
What you'll do
Handle a high volume of phone calls and orders
Processing purchase orders
Resolution of order issues, back orders and product information requests
Development of relationships with customers and sales staff
